The weather was soothing and comforting, the cool night breeze tousling my hair everywhere, disheveling it. But I didn't mind, because I was enjoying the comfort. It wasn't as bad as the burden on my chest right now, which I wish it would wash away. However, I hastened my steps when the wind became heavier and unbearable, as well as the loud rumbling of thunder and lightning.
The rain had already started to drizzle by the time I got home. I barely made it out. Although I would have loved to dance in the rain, I had to rush home since I didn't want Hannah to be worried about me.
I love rain, but it makes me feel sick with a cold and fever whenever I get beaten.
