Lina's POV
I see a crowd of at least hundred people kneel and bow before my mother. Her eyes teary as she looks at them. What is happening exactly?!
"That's ok" she says and raises her hand.
That is when the crowd decides to stand on their legs again. I open the car door and hop out. Silently walk to Maa and stand behind her. Afraid a little because of this sudden huge change.
The crowd looks at Maa and Papa. Maa and Papa exchange looks. Their eyes fogs over like I have never seen before. By yesterday's conversation I understood that I am not an ordinary human. At the same time, I don't know what I am.
