CHAPTER SIXTEEN LIZZIE PUNCHED OUT at five p.m. sharp, then raced home to shower and change. By six-twenty, she was pulling out of her driveway to head to the airport and had discovered that, despite her best efforts, her smile would just not go away. She checked her mirrors, then put on her blinker and changed lanes as the exit she needed drew closer, not noticing the vehicle five cars behind her that seemed to mimic her every move.
