Of all the things I expected from Adrian, it never seemed to be what he actually did. It was nerve wracking and exciting and well, damn scary. I stood on the beach, the light breeze whipping my maxi dress around my feet as I stared out at the waves as they crashed together in a perfect pattern. It was a beautiful sight; I could watch the ocean all day. Marriage, it wasn't something to laugh at. Then again, it wasn't something to rush into either. It was all my mind seemed to think about since he asked. I could imagine myself standing next to him, Adrian in a suit looking like s*x on legs and in that thought, I was truly happy. I was marrying the man I loved. Did that mean I wanted to say yes? Honestly I didn't know. He wasn't even mad when I said I had to think about it, to him I guess
