Episode No 16: Confinement

Aenna was on the hospital bed, her all wounds were now covered with bandages.Her face was pale. Mrs.Marvel and Albert were standing on her head.

Aenna was asking for Albert, semi-consciously, on which Albert was a little reluctant to react because Mrs.Marvel was standing with him, he was hesitant. After few minutes , he replied, bowing a little near to Aenna's face.

Though, she was partially conscious, Albert tried to calm her.

" Aenna I'm here with you, don't worry about anything, I am not going to leave you alone."

Aenna unconsciously hold his hand, Albert dragged the chair near Aenna's bed, and sat on it, Aenna was still holding his hand, even more tightly.Now, it was night time, Mrs.Marvel said to him, "I need to go home to bring some soup for Aenna, if you are here with her."

Albert assured her that he will take care of Aenna. Mrs.Marvel thanked him for his support in this difficult time. Mrs.Marvel left.Albert and Aenna were there in the hospital room alone. Albert holding Aenna's hand was half in sleep, he heard Aenna's voice again repeatedly calling his name, he was extremely rejoiced by his name being on Aenna's lips again and again.

Albert: Aenna, I am here, open your eyes.

After few minutes, Aenna was conscience. After seeing Albert, in front of her eyes, she uncontrollably started crying, Albert wiped her tears.

Albert: Tell me, he harmed you. Don't worry I won't leave Jack.

Aenna: Albert, he tortured me. He dragged me badly from the jungle to cottage.

Albert: I will break his both hands.

Tell me what else he did.

Aenna: Last night, he warned me that he will torture me in a way, that I will regret for my while life. He opened buttons of his shirt and then...

Albert: Then, what?

Aenna: He moved forward, then he returned himself back. After this I was, so much afraid, I burnt the cottage at night.

Albert hugged her, Thank God you are safe.

Aenna: Jack was saying..

Albert: What?

Aenna: That you will not accept me, as, I was being kidnapped for the whole night.

Albert: Why I will not accept you? I Love You so much! I was unable to sleep. I have no words to explain my anxiety.

Aenna started crying badly, holding his hands, promise me you will never leave me.

Albert: "Aenna I promise I will never leave you. You are equal to the whole world in my sight. My heart doesn't find peace when you are away from my eyes."

Aenna: In these days, I realized what you mean to me.

"you have filled the whole space of my heart. There is no place for anyone else."

Albert consoled her, Aenna asked : "where is mummie?"

Albert: She was here, whole time. She went home to bring some soup for you.

Aenna: Does she know that all this has been done by Jack?

Albert: Aenna.. she knows everything.

Aenna: She didn't asked you to go home , how she left you with me in this room.

Albert: I think she will accept me as his son in law in future, he said with a naughty smile on his face.

Aenna: Really?

Albert: Yes! I think she has no trust issues about me, from now.

Aenna smiled.

Mrs.Marvel came inside the room with a hotpot and bowl in her hand. Mrs.Marvel was happy enough to see Aenna. She placed the hotpot and bowl on the side table. She kissed Aenna's hands and forehead.

"Thanks to my God! You are save. How would I live without you, you are my only possession left behind in my life. Aenna forgive me, I regret why I considered a bad guy like Jack for you. I am unable to understand, why he did all this."

Aenna: You are my mother, why you are saying sorry.

Mrs.Marvel: Thank God his reality came outside in time. What if I married you with him?

Aenna: Mummie, I am so hungry.

Mrs.Marvel pour the soup in the bowl with a big spoon. Then, she sat near Aenna and started feeding her spoonfuls of soup as her hand was not well.

Mrs.Marvel asked Albert to go home for some rest.

" Your both eyes are red and sleepy."

Albert: I can't leave you both here alone.

Mrs.Marvel : Don't worry. We are fine.

Albert insisted to stay but Mrs.Marvel forced him to go home for rest.

Albert left on the commitment that he will pick them in the noon.

Albert said good bye to Aenna, when Mrs.Marvel's face turned, he sent a flying kiss to Aenna, standing on the edge of the door.

Aenna opened her eyes a little wider, Albert understand that Aenna is still fearful of her mother, but now he was at peace inside, hoping for better days to come.

Mrs.Marvel laid on the sofa, while Aenna was staring outside the window, the sky was dark enough, little stars were twinkling in the absence of moon, Aenna thought, " it's difficult to believe that she came out of that torture and is with her beloveds."

Aenna thoughts herself, " how lucky I am that true love found me in real, Albert cares about me in real, he is not a liar, these days are proof of his loyalty. He is not like my father. He is a real man, he is genuine, sincere and kind hearted. I will love him even more than the past."

Aenna's heart was filled with Albert's love more than the past. She realized that her life is incomplete without him.

"Albert is my soul mirror, my other half, when I see him,I see my own reflection in him, I see my own shadow in him, it seems like our hearts are two halfs , completing each other. Life is nothing without love. To be loved is a blessing and a good fortune, love is the most expensive give, only people with good fortune are able to have it. I am grateful I find someone who loves me in real."
