Suitable Eluan's POV I should have known better than to wake up this late, but I was impatient and hurried to get ready, going through my clothes. I realised that the only appropriate item of clothing I could wear for the event was a silver gown that I had worn for so long that it was starting to show signs of wear. My sister was wearing designer dresses that my husband was openly buying for her, and I was practically wearing rags. Despite this, I knew that if I said I did not come because there was nothing appropriate for me to wear, you would practically bury me alive, so I just applied some makeup and put on the dress. I staring at the mirror with longing. Did I truly look as bad as he claimed? How could I make him want me as much as you wanted my sister if all I had to do was gaze at me the way he did my sister? I could not even convince him to stay in the same room as me, much less admit that he liked me, so I suddenly laughed silently at myself. Since our marriage, she has been treating me in this manner. What would make a difference? It was not until I was already late for the gala that I noticed that I had let myself daydream for far too long. However, my husband had already left by the time that person emerged. I am not even sure why I was shocked—I knew someone had to go take care of the guest—but it still astonished me. What hurts even more, though, is that no one even acknowledged me when I entered the exhibition. It seemed almost as though the waiters carrying around the glasses of wine were more important than me. My spouse was chatting with the other Alphas when I caught a glimpse of him. He was wearing extremely well-fitting clothing and was smiling broadly while holding a glass of wine in one hand. He had good looks. When we were young, I used to think that he was the most attractive man I had ever seen in any space. His smiles in particular made me feel as though I had hurt eyes just by staring at him. It would be nice if he could return the smiles he gave to strangers and guests, something he probably will not do for a few more months until a special occasion arises. Observing him in that manner made me realise that I should not have been pouting; I was still Luna, and I had to behave like it. I chose to find a group and start interacting with them. When I entered the conversation with the three other worden who were Luna's, they all looked at me as if they were surprised that I could speak, or something, because they were all instantly dumbfounded. The person in the middle eventually spoke at that point. Did any of the people order beverages because I didn't? At that moment, I understood they had mistaken me for a waitress. Naturally, they could not have known otherwise, since despite my expensive-looking down, they could clearly see the spots on it, which completely ruined the outfit and made it appear tattered."genuinely came to welcome you as the pack's possessor of blood diamonds. It would be a vast understatement to suggest that all of the Jews dropped to the ground at once. One of the women pointed in the direction my gaze went. "But honestly, we thought that she was the Luna." When my eyes finally met the impostor, my blood started to simmer instantly and my eyes nearly turned red in their sockets. "I think you are a little confused; that is not the Luna you see; that is my sister," I said, gritting my teeth. "You will have to pardon our confusion, but she came in here with the Alpha and she is dressed much better than you, so it makes sense that we assumed she was the Luna," the woman said. I was shocked to learn that Sparsit had been acting as me, and that he had even entered the room with her! A woman could only bear so much humiliation before she lost it, so I excused myself by stating I needed to speak with my husband. However, someone blocked my way before I could even see him, and when I looked up, it was my sister. "I told Sparsit that she did not need to talk to her right now, but she was not even paying attention because she was laughing so hard. "I can not believe I am wearing that. You appear to be a slave, how barbaric!" I balled my fingers into fists. Regardless of how gorgeous you are, I will always be Luna, so feel free to make fun of me all you want. She took offence at this and said, "I would have probably died in a ditch if it was not for her parents adopting me." "I wouldn't!" I sneered at her, but then I saw her. She lifted her hand to hit me, but I caught it by gripping her wrist. At that very moment, Nadia turned to face us both, and I noticed how worried he seemed—for my sister. Lacked away from her, and as soon as he started playing, she fell into his arms. His eyes glowed like a freshly lit fire as he turned to face me. "Hidden, I am so glad you arrived. She threatened to strip me naked in front of everyone, so I had to change," My spouse chastised me in front of everyone, treating me like a silly, spoiled child, without even considering my side of the story. He instantly concluded in his heart that my sister must be speaking the truth. The only thing that concerned him was my evil sister, and while he was screaming at me like a crazy person, my sister was grinning from ear to ear. I pointed my finger at her, starving him in the face and telling him that she was fine and smiling. He did not even care that important guests were staring at us. However, he probably thought I was about to attack her, so he shoved me away, but I heard someone else say something and somebocy called me instead of my body hitting the floor. "This is Eric,"
