Episode 14 - No arguments

My heart been tapping and thudding like its wanted to burst my chest. Oh gosh!!

What he wanted from me? What he wanted to discuss with me? What if he already knew that Mady is his? “Ms Spencer, did you hear what I said?”, My professor queried. His eyebrow was taunted. He was really not happy because I did not  concentrate. I gulped my saliva. “You asked me to have this discussion but you were not here. Where are you Ms Spencer?. If you not here, then maybe we should cancelled this discussion”.  I apologised to my professor and tried my best to concentrate again. I was angry with myself and also ashamed. What am I thinking about. The next few hours of discussion went well. We covered most of all my queries and I’m satisfied with that. I was a little bit exhausted and my muscle was sore for sitting in that discussion for hours. After gathering all my document into my tote bag. I looked my phone. There was 4 missed call from Gabriel and 2 messages stated that he already outside the University waiting for me.

I said goodbye to my friends and the Professor and rushed outside to the parking lot. There he was, with a blank face staring at me. Not giving a damn of all the girls eyeing him with lust up and down. “Why didn’t you answer my calls?. I’ve been waiting here for two f*****g hours”, he spatted out angrily at me. He jaw tighten as  he clenched his teeth to control the temper it.

I was so exhausted and I was not in the mood the argue with him. I rolled my eyes and snapped, “Gabriel, I’m not in the mood to get into a fight with you. I told you that I’ve have a discussion and I remembered clearly that you asked me to call you when I’m finish. And why the f**k are you here before I called you? Who asked you to come and waited for me for hours?”, I hissed. “If you want to be mad, then I think might as well we call this off. I’m tired and hungry and I was really not in the mood to get into an argument with you. I turned away from him but before I even moved, he caught my wrist and pulled me to him. He just stayed silent for a while and then looked up at me apologizing. Lets get something to eat”. Going to the passenger side, he opened the order for me to slide. in and closed it. Jogged to the driver side. Once settled in, we out of the campus. Both of us sat in silence. I closed my eyes and rested my head at the head rest. I never felt this tired in my life. It drained all my energy out. I felt Gabriel’s hand on me and I opened my eyes, looking at him through my eye lashes. “Are you sure you good to go for lunch or maybe we can just take away and eat at my penthouse and you can have a nap for a while before we talk”, he mumbled, a little bit worried. And I just nodded and gave him a small smile. He a gave a peck on my forehead. Then

made a call to the the restaurant for a take away. Once we reached the restaurant, he went into the restaurant, picked the foods and back into the car.

I don’t know when I dozed off. I woke-up in a bed of unfamiliar room. Startled at first, then I remembered agreed to come with Gabriel to his penthouse. But what I’m doing in his bed. Before my mind screaming its way, there was a knock on the door and Gabriel came into the room. “Why am I in your room? What have you done?”. I immediately shooting him with the question. “Wooww... slow down. First all your dozed off in the car. So I picked you up after so many times tried to wake you up. Second, don’t worry sweetheart, nothing happened. If I wanted something to happen, you are definitely not in your dress”. He smirked and I just glared at him. But in mu heart, I was happy he was a gentleman after all. “Okay, off you go to the washroom and wash yourself. I heated the food and we can have it while watching the movie”. And with that he left the room still smirking at him. I just wanted to throw some pillow to those face.

I went down to the kitchen, simultaneously he served the food on a plate. There was prawn ravioli that I loved. There’s poached salmon with asparagus and steak with baked potato, carrot and broccoli. I was so famished and my stomach growl to see so much delicious foods on the table. He put all the foods on the table in front of the TV and 2 plates with the cutleries and 2 glass of red wine. I was looking hungrily at the food without noticing Gabriel was smiling. “What are you waiting for? Dive in baby. I know you are starving”. With that I put some ravioli, a piece of salmon and asparagus on plate. All the foods are so delicious and I kept moaning every time I put the foods in my mouth. Gabriel cut some meat and put it on my plate with some potato, carrot and broccoli. I mouthed him a thank you which he just smiled to me. “Hmmm... the steak is so good. The meat melted in your mouth. So delicious”. My eyes was brighten with every bite of it. “If you kept moaning like that, I don’t think I can stop myself from savouring you as my dessert later, Gabriel huskily said under the hard breathing. My face flushed like a tomato and lowered myself eating the food. I didn’t dare to face him. He chuckled and eating his food. I can feel sometimes he gazed on me but I was so shy. I chewed my food slowly and quietly so that I was not moaning again. And I can see he was trying not to laugh at me.... that i***t.
