The next day she sat at the breakfast table with her father discussing the time she spent at the Bangtan house.

Michael: "So they think you're on their side?" He smirks

Kyra: "I know everyones schedule, every guard and every inch of the mansion not to mention I've been on deals so I know how they operate, they basically trust me" she smiles as if pleased with herself

Michael: "I'm impressed" he smiles amazed at his daughters progress

Kyra: "And I know you killed mom" she states with a serious face but before he could say something she stops him by holding up her hand, "Let me finish" she says and lowers her hand before continuing, "I understand why you did it, you wanted me to take over the family business and she was in the way" she says

Michael: "I just wanted to secure your future, there is no guarantee of a stable job in this world and what better way to make money than have your own empire and people working for you" he states

Kyra: "Hmmm" she mumbles

Michael: "And you'll get the respect you deserve" he says as if persuading her

Kyra: "No need to say all these things to persuade me, I'm ready" she says in a dominant voice

Michael: "What you mean you're ready?" He asks confused

Kyra: "What I mean is that I'm ready to take over the family business" she states making it as clear as she can

Michael: "My girl" he exclaims with a wide smile

Kyra: "Have the paper work ready by the end of the day" she says as she gets up fixing her dress

Michael: "Where are you going?" He asks curiously

Kyra: "I have to keep my enemies close don't I?" She states and walks towards the exist but stops "Oh and no one knows until the papers have been signed" she says and her father nods in agreement, she then proceeds to leave grabbing her car keys on the way out, as soon as she gets in the car she sends Taehyung a text

Taehyungs P.O.V

That morning he got out of the shower a towel wrapped around his waist and suddenly heard his phone beep, it was a message from Kyra telling him to meet her at the cliff, he gets dressed in some black jeans and a black t-shirt leaving his hair to air dry, no one was around so he grabbed a set of car keys and left, as soon as he pulled up he sees Kyra leaning against her car with her hands crossed across her chest. He takes time to admire her standing there and gets out, without hesitation they rush towards each other collapsing in each others arms, absorbed in a kiss that felt like forever before breaking their lip lock

Kyra: "Before you speak, I was followed" she says and he nods before breaking the hug, she grabs his hand and leads him to his car then gets in and before she says a word she grabs a device from her pocket and places it on the lower dash board out of sight and as soon as the red light turns green she finally speaks "So before you start asking questions just know that I need you to trust me and know that I won't ever do anything to ruin what we have" she says in the most sincere way possible

Taehyung: "I trust you but the others are starting to doubt you" he states as he takes her hands in his

Kyra: "I knew it would happen, I am the daughter of their rival anyway" she sighs as she leans her head on the head rest before continuing, "Oh and I had to make my dad believe that I got all of you to trust me but in actual fact I'm working with him to ruin you guys" she says looking at him in his eyes

Taehyung: "So what are your motives exactly" he says letting go of her hands she suddenly longs for his touch feeling a slight ache in her chest

Kyra: "You know exactly what they are, you said you trust me" she says with a sudden shake in her voice

Taehyung: "I do Kyra, but you're made it sound like you're just using us, like you're just using me" he trails off and looks infront of him at the cliff

Kyra: "I'd never use you guys" she says and the places her hand on his cheek turning him towards her, "I'd never use you and that I can promise you" she says before placing a gentle kiss on his lips, "Oh and don't get mad" she says as she looks at him with a nervous smile

Taehyung: "I'm already mad" he says with a straight face

Kyra: "Oh don't be dramatic" he rolls her eyes, "You remember the ex that followed us?" She continues

Taehyung: "I'm already not liking where this is going" he states with an irritated voice

Kyra: "Anyway, he lives in the mansion and tried to seduce me when I got out of the shower" she says avoiding eye contact

Taehyung: "Why are you looking away? DID YOU HAVE s*x WITH HIM?!" He says in anger

Kyra: "NO! FOR f**k SAKE!" She yells back

Taehyung: "Then what?" He asks in a softer tone but still filled with anger

Kyra: "I made him believe I'd give in and I tied him to the bed post in his underwear and left him there" she says as if pleased with herself and then she jumps at Taehyungs sudden out burst of laughter, "Why you laughing?"

Taehyung: "Cause I can imagine the look on his face when you left him there thinking he'd get something out of it" he says while laughing but Kyra doesn't react

Kyra: "Now you're laughing a few minutes ago you were pissed off just like the other day when you found out he was my ex" she says with a c****d eyebrow and he looks at her with a straight face

Taehyung: "I got mad because I had an ex that cheated on me with her ex boyfriend" he sighs

Kyra: "I'm not your ex Tae" she states

Kyra: "I know what it's like to be cheated on and it's something I'd never do to anyone else because I know what it feels like to trust someone and love them to find out that they've been giving their time and affection to someone else when you were nothing but loyal" she says then stares out of the window as a tear forms

Taehyung: "It was Lyle, wasn't it?" He let's the question slip before he even realized what he said, she blinks a few times so the tear disappears before answering

Kyra: "Yeah, so you don't have to worry about me cheating on you with him or anyone else" she says and brings her face closer to his, "Because you're the only one I want, you're mine" she says with a possessive look in her eyes

Taehyung: "And you're mine" he says with a similar possessive look in his eyes before giving her a passionate kiss but suddenly Kyra breaks free and he looks at her confused, "What's wrong?"

Kyra: "You know Lyle is watching us right?" She says only a few inches away from his face

Taehyung: "Let's show him you belong to me" he says and without hesitation she gets ontop of him and starts kissing him, the kiss getting hotter by the second as they undress each other throwing their clothes on the back seat, "You won't believe how much I missed you" he says in between kisses

Kyra: "If this is how much you missed me being away just one day then I can't wait to stay away longer and see what you'll do to me" she chuckles as he kisses her neck

Kyra: "Don't worry about him, I am daddy's little girl after all" she smirks then ruffles his hair into messy curls, "You know this is a cute look on you" she smiles

Taehyung: "I look like I had intense car s*x" he says as he looking into the review mirror then back at her with a c****d eyebrow

Kyra: "You know know have to be smart about this right?" She says intertwining her fingers in his curly hair

Taehyung: "Did I really have to fall for the daughter of our enemy?" He says looking down at her

Kyra: "Did I really have to fall for a member of our rival?" She smiles but it's filled with heartache, "I'll be over soon, but I need you to trust me and not ask questions" she asks rather than telling him

Taehyung: "I do" he says as he leans his forehead against hers before pulling back with a sigh, "We should go" He's says and places his hand on her cheek bringing her in for a long gentle kiss filled with emotion and as soon as he breaks the kiss their lips are longing to each others taste, they stare at each other for what feels like forever before Kyra breaks eye contact due to the tears forming in them

Kyra: "OKAY!" She yells with a chuckle and wipes the tears away, "Leave before I shoot you" she says with a smile causing him to chuckle, "No really leave" she says with a serious face and he backs up with his hands on the air still holding a smile on his face

Taehyung: "See you soon Kyra James" he says as he places his hand on the door handle

Kyra: "See you soon Taehyung Kim" she smiles and watched him drive off then her smile finally fades as she leans against her car and stares into the distance, "What's on your mind?" She hears a voice then turns and sees her mother's ghost standing next to her, "You can't just pop up in public, people would think I'm talking to myself" she says looking at her mother

Vanessa: "There's no one here and you should know that since you had fun a few minutes ago" she smirks

Kyra: " Ew mom no!" She exclaims as she covers her face with her hands receiving a chuckle from her mom

Vanessa: "But seriously though, what are you going to do?" She asks in a serious tone

Kyra: "I'm working on it" she responds

Vanessa: "This is all going to back fire if you do something stupid, so think before you act" she states

Kyra: "I know mom, that's why I'm taking it one step at a time" She says then sighs as she rubs her temple before turning back to her mother's ghost that now disappeared, "Just one step at a time" she tells herself then gets back into her car and drives home.
