“You are only with me because you couldn’t get anyone else.” Tiara screamed while waking up. "Please don't let him hurt me" She pleaded, shaking violently. Recce pulled her into him, hugging her tightly. “No one will ever hurt you, I promise.” "Are you sure?" “Positive. Go back to sleep angel.” She lay looking at the ceiling. Could she go back to sleep knowing that she’d had another nightmare? That horrific night was one of the worst nights she’d ever had. And now her nightmares were back with a vengeance. She just hoped and prayed Reece wasn’t like him. He’d tormented her, tortured her, and never once asked for her forgiveness, yet he was in her nightmares. He pinned her to the wall. His eyes are dark and emotionless, full of evil. His hand went down to her crotch. “Why are you doing this, Deeks?” “I’m just checking to see if you’ve been with anyone else.” His hand got closer. “Leave me alone!” “So you’re admitting that you f****d another man?” “No, I never. I promise.” “So you won’t mind me checking then?” She nudged Reece. She was feeling so hot. Reece opened his eyes, rubbing the sleep out of them before he sat up. “s**t Angel, you’re sweating, what’s wrong, have you got a fever?” She shook her head, her whole body was shaking, he pulled her close. “What’s wrong Angel?” “Just a nightmare.” “Are you sure?” “Yeah.” “I’m here for you Angel, you're not alone.” That’s what everyone said and where are they now? She hadn’t seen Stacy or Kristian since Shaun made her marry him, but she guessed it was because they had moved states and he had made Kevin the manager of Lorretta’s. He’d taken her where no one could find them. She had no idea how Reece had found her. Callum was in a bad state after he tried to help her escape. Reece held Tiara close to him; it had taken him almost six years to find her because Shaun had warned him to stay away and not to try to go looking for her now he had. Now she was finally free of him, free from the monster she had to call her husband. She lay on Reece’s shoulder. “It’s okay now angel, I’m here. No one will ever hurt you again.” He said, kissing her forehead. She hoped it was true, she needed him right now more than she’d ever admitted. “Go back to sleep angel.” Her eyes closed out of exhaustion. Falling back to sleep was never a good thing because the nightmares lingered and only got worse.
