“Mr. Norman…” she gasped, her lips parting as she stared up at his handsome face. He couldn’t help but admire her long, sleek brown hair, and as much as she was captivated by his cognac eyes, her ludicrous green eyes held him spell bound. He didn’t say or do anything, but his eyes passed a message that he was hoping she wouldn’t understand at that moment. He was able to snap out of the world her eyes had plunged him into and took a step back. “My office is on the last floor,” he said. She glanced at the floor buttons and noticed that the illuminated button was showing the ninth and not the tenth floor.
