Each night I lay next to him wondering if I should pry open that box of unanswered questions, and every morning I talked myself out of it. We trained, we studied, we f****d. And every time I felt like addressing the issue of where we went from here I closed up. Shut down. Ignored the troll in the room. He had a point, the king.
