Amanda followed him for a few moments before she heard a faint call for help. She thought it was her imagination and wanted to ignore it, but then the voice echoed in her mind.
Her heart skipped a beat as she recognized it to be James's voice. Without any hesitation, she rushed towards the swimming pool.
As she arrived, her eyes dilated in horror at the sight of James's body floating in the pool. Amanda's heart almost stopped at what she saw.
