The next couple of days were strange but I couldn’t put my finger on it. Aston was being his usual bossy self, leaving me with a long list of chores before he went to work, and expected me to serve him the moment he arrived. But the strange behavior was coming from Grant and the rest of the staff. For one, I couldn’t see Wilma anywhere. I had no idea where she was or what she was doing. I tried asking Amy and anybody else who wasn’t averse to talking to me about her but I didn’t get a satisfactory response.
