Kate's POV
Class ended earlier than I thought and I didn't hesitate to leave the class. Heaven knows how much you hated this school, to the point that I won't even wait behind to talk to anyone. It's not like I have anyone to talk to.
I went to Professor Chris's office to let him know that I was going home already, but on getting there, I realized that his office was locked, indicating that he wasn't there. I sighed in disappointment. I couldn't believe that he left without saying goodbye to me.
