You are so annoying
Chris's POV
When my eyes fluttered open again, it was already morning. There was a dull ache at the back of my head as I lifted myself on my elbows. The sunlight streaming into the room from the slightly opened windows made the throb in my head even more severe.
I stretched my body, letting out a yawn before I looked around the room, my gaze settling on the space. I realized that I was alone.
Where was I? I asked no one in particular as my eyes darted around the room.
I creased my brows in confusion when I realized that I was in a hospital. How did I end up here?
I sprang to my feet, ignoring the pain that shot through my body.
All I remembered was leaving the pack house then all of a sudden….
My thoughts trailed off as a thought popped into my head.
