Chris's POV
After changing into my clothes, I made my way down to the dungeon to know how my Beta was faring in dealing with that criminal.
“Where are you going son?” My mother asked as soon as she saw me and I turned around to stare at her.
“I have to head down to the dungeon. I need to check on Karl,”
“Oh okay. Please promise me that you won't kill them?” She pleaded, but I shook my head.
“I can't promise you that, mother. I can't promise that I won't kill both of them. They committed a grave offense and they have to pay for their crimes,”
She exhaled slowly. She must have seen that I was adamant in my decision to kill both of them.
“How about you just banish them from the pack instead? Wouldn't that be better? What do you think?”
