I creased my brows in confusion as I heard my mother's words. And what on earth did she mean by that?
“What did you just say?” I asked, still in shock. I have to make sure I heard her.
“You heard me right, you fool. That b***h is not my daughter. I'd rather accept that a rogue is my daughter than accept Kate as my daughter.” She answered.
Somehow, I found myself wondering if I was thinking too much or something. Because just now when she said Kate was not her daughter, I thought she meant that she wasn't Kate's biological mother.
To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if I came to find out that she isn't Kate's biological mother. I wouldn't be surprised if I found out that Kate is not my sister too.
