Love at First Sight

Chapter 4 The Ball

Both Erin and Luke’s mother’s had to separate their children from one another. They just smiled about how well they were getting along and hoping to see beautiful babies in the future.

Luke was sad to leave his princess alone, but he couldn’t argue with his mother and he knew she was right. They don’t always have to be in each other's arms. Or by each other.

Luke said to his mother, “What are we doing first?”

Queen Samantha said. “First, the tailors have to have your measurements for a suit and a tux. But the tux will be later on in the near future.”

Luke smiled at his mother and just shook his head, but she was right. He just hoped it would not take long to get everything done. He wanted to get back to his lovely wife-to-be.

While Luke was off getting his measurements, Kathy took Erin to her room and showed her wedding dress when she was erin age.

Erin said, “Mother, this dress is gorgeous. Where did you get it from?”

Kathy said, “Well my lovely daughter, this was my wedding gown when I was just your age when I married your father. And I was hoping you would be willing to wear it for your wedding.”

Erin said, “Mother, do you remember when I was a little girl and I was playing with Blake and we pretended to get married. I always wanted to wear your dress.”

Kathy said, “Oh my daughter, I do remember. And that is why I brought this dress with me, so why don’t you get undressed and see if it fits and see if we have to take the dress out or in.

Erin said, “ OK mother.”

Erin was getting help from the maids with the dress after she got the dress on. And she knew after she looked in the mirror, she looked gorgeous and was hoping Luke would love it on her.

Kathy was smiling and had tears at seeing her daughter wearing her dress and was sad that her husband could see her now.

Erin and Luke did not want to go to the ball. Both of them hated balls. But their mother’s told them to go. If their mother’s told them to do something, they have to do it. But they will not like it. When they got to the ball, they were stunned in place. They smiled at their mother and they smiled back at their children.

When Luke and Erin had their dance lesson they did not like it.

But when they got to the ball, they were told that they had to do a waltz. They did not like the waltz, the first dance of the night by the prince and princess. Then everyone started dancing with them and then they started having fun with the crowd. Erin was having too much fun so she pulled from the crowd toward their chamber in the north wing. He knew that Erin had something in mind. So he did the craziest thing that he had ever done. He pushed Erin onto the bed and Erin gave herself to him. She knew that he wanted it so badly that he went for it.

So when their mother were down stairs, They were trying to figure out where their children ran off too. They figured when they went off too it was their chamber.
