On being strongly persuaded by Elina, Kiara finally decided to leave for Mexico. She wanted to surprise Van as Elina wanted to surprise Magnus. She has also called the real estate agents beforehand so that she and Elina can go and see the properties she has shortlisted. Van was supposed to check them online and share his opinion but as usual he couldn’t or didn’t. Kiara knew that Van was busy being the CEO and restructuring Magnus’s security details, but something felt wrong.
