The party although was thrown with a personal vendetta behind the mask of welcoming Van as the new CEO of Magnus group, yet it was something just as lavish and high profile like the Magnus and his company itself. Decorations were latest, food was prepared by the world’s top chefs, wine and Champaign was flowing through the four fountains at four corners. The entire hall was illuminated by chandeliers sparkling like stars brought down from the sky and studded to the ceiling. No one was to set foot on the marble floor, the entire floor being covered by lavish carpet. The flowers used for decorations were so beautiful and in abundance that almost the neighbourhood was flooded with their heavenly aroma.
