Elina’s POV---
Three of us sat in living room of the suite I am sharing with Magnus. The atmosphere was heavy since we have returned but after Van spoke to me outside, followed by Magnus’s assurance, I have softened a bit. Actually I am more frustrated than angry!
“What happened?” Van asked narrowing his eyes at Magnus.
“We were attacked!” Magnus replied in three words and Van’s face grew dark. Magnus added, “I….ditched the securities!”
