"Please! I-I don't know anything!" the elderly man pleaded while raising the both of his hands up. "Garrett, put you're g*n down...you're scaring him" Baron whispered as he glanced at him, "Fine! You really didn't saw a man? 5'6 tall, dressed in a black overcoat like us? Carrying a firearm?" Garrett inquired. Cassius and Baron raised an eyebrow as the two gazed at Garrett, he sighed while rolling his eyes around and added, "...Good looking?" The elderly man shaked his head in response as he lowered his hands down, the three of them stood in front of the counter inside the bodega. "There are people waiting behind us..." Baron said in concern, the three gentlemen then left the store as they walked across the street. Cydee has been looking for the two-way radio's replacement around the house, he searched under the sink, his bed, their backyard, and in every room of the house. But no battery was found. The boy then took his jacket, hanging on the back of their front door, "Where are you going?" Cydney asked as she wiped the wet plates. He zipped his jacket on while tilting his head up and he replied "Oh, uh, I'm just going to look for a battery...you know for the two-way radio" "Okay then, be careful" Cydney said serenely, "I will!" the junior responded by grabbing the doorknob and closing it, he then went down the streets with the hands pushed inside his jacket. He frowned as he watched his footsteps on the concrete, he then entered the first store to seek for the exact battery that his older brother required. He left the bodega after the proprietor informed him that they did not have a battery similar to his. Despite this, he was unable to find a replacement for his battery in any of the stores he visited. Furia stood with her arms crossed beside the door while gazing out the sky on their backyard, Cydney, in concern, she had approached her and she asked "Does he know?", "Who?" Furia replied, "Your older brother... Zire?" Cydney follows. "I'm not sure if he still remembers, but when do you intend to tell your younger brother?" Furia inquired, "Maybe when he's all free," Cydney responded. "Do you mind if I ask you a question... a day ago, before we left your planet...I was observing the whole scene, and, why is the energy so important to your boss?" the young lady had intrigued. Furia glanced at her and had answered "Because it's the only thing that can bring the power to her robot that she's been working for so long", "Robot? But she has a whole army of it" Cydney said. "Vasti, she's not like one of them, she's bigger and stronger, unlike the other bots, she can capture humans easily by engrossing them" Furia follows, "So, earth is your first home?" Cydney asked again. "Was" Furia responded. "This-this is kind of weird, right? I mean, us being reunited and going through situations that were not expecting... my brother and I, we didn't get a chance to meet our real parents...where are they now?" Cydney interrogate while glancing at her, Her older sister returned her gaze, with her eyes watering. "Laying on their graves," Zire had interrupted as he looked at both of them. "Oh!- I'm sorry, I didn't know- I didn't mean to bring that up! My apologies" Cydney had pledged, "No big deal, it happens" Furia sniffs as she replied. ~ "Sorry kid, we don't have a spare of battery like yours, but this one is unique, how about checking the other stores? I bet they have one" the retailer said, as he handed the battery back to the boy. "I just did...well thanks anyway" Cydee said as walked away, he tilted his head up and he was stupefied. He noticed the guy that Zire had fought with, He then moved backwards as he leapt over the counter and hid beneath it, peering over the top to see Garrett while the other two were unfamiliar to him. "Nobody freak out! This isn't a robbery, we're just going to ask a handful of questions and we'll be on our way!" Garrett shouted while heading towards the counter. "Wearing a black overcoat, 5'6 tall, carrying a firearm around?... No?" Garrett leaned and whispered as he questioned, The man was terrified merely by just looking at Garrett's face, the boy crawled out of the counter slowly, hoping no one would notice him. He made every effort not to make a single sound. Cydee was so busy glancing at the three gentlemen that he didn't notice where he was going and bumped his head against the wall, making a thud sound. Cassius turned his head around to see where the noise came from, The two exchanged glances. Garrett turned his head to see the boy rushing out of the store, and Cydee hurried away as quickly as he could. "That's the energy, after it" Garrett commanded, and two captains did as they were told. Baron prepared his firearm and directed it towards the youngster, who was racing back to his house. He then sighed and had said "I'm sorry kid," As the laser beam had struck his back, he fell to the ground, wheezing in pain. While the two captains approached him closer, the junior attempted to stand up while yelling his older brother's name "Zire!!", When the three older siblings heard a familiar voice from a few blocks away, Zire walked out of the house to trail where the voice was coming from. He had prepared his g*n which is hanging on his chest while following the scream, as Furia and Cydney came after as well, Cydee was terrified of what's about to happen, so he just kept moving forward without looking back, as Garrett alongside with the two had running, chasing after him. The boy luckily bypassed the laser beams as they continued to hit on his route, covering his head with his palms, and the citizens ran as well as they saw what had happened. Zire, together with Cydney and Furia, they noticed that the people are dashing away, they walked on where the citizens are running from, "Why is this happening to me?!" the boy had yelled while he endlessly ran. The Captain spotted his brother heading towards them from afar, with Garrett, Baron, and Cassius pursuing him, holding a grip with their guns. "Take him along with you and look for a spot to hide." Zire ordered while aiming his weapon at Cydee's path, he waited for a moment before pulling the trigger. As the beam emerged from the g*n's tip, strucking in front of the gentleman's route, and smoke billowed from the ground. They hurried away as soon as they had their little brother. Afterwards, they had escaped the city, heading back to the forest where their aircraft crashed. Every step they take is accompanied by the sound of the leaves and grass. They were sprinting for their lives, knowing they were saved when they lost the three gentlemen, but they came to a dead end, and the boy nearly fell on the little boulders that had fallen over through the waterfall. The three had turned their heads around and gaze at each other, they had no other choice but to dive. Cydee, who accidentally slipped and slid off the cliff, splashing in the ocean with her older sisters following close behind. In the other hand, Zire had soon followed, leaping into the water and holding their breathes until their opponent gave up looking for them. Garrett looked onto the ocean, scouring every edge for his nemesis and the energy, as the depths of the waves can be seen, while Cassius and Baron checked the other routes. "I think we lost them" Cassius murmured. "You think?" Garrett questioned vehemently, his gaze fixed on the ocean while directing his firearm at the water. He then clicked the trigger, as the beam entered the deep, striking the boy's left leg. Cydee was about to scream in anguish when Zire had leaned against his back, covering his mouth with his hand, as the boy resisted the pain that was flowing through his body. Garrett waited and peered into the water, expecting something to happen, but when nothing did, he called it a day, while the three captains departed. Furia looked up from above, seeing Garrett and the others departing their way. They started swimming towards the shallow water when the coast was clear, with Furia pulling her younger brother up. "Okay, okay, okay, uhh...we need a clean cloth and an ointment for his wound", whilst positioning her brother's leg, Cydney remarked. Zire removed his indigo scarf off his neck and handed it to Cydney, afterwards he took his black coat off as he folded his sleeve revealing his left forearm. "We need to stop the bleeding, wrap the scarf around his leg as tight as possible", Zire had ordered, "If you want to scream, bite onto my arm" the Captain insisted, Cydney then wrapped the scarf around the boy's limb, tying and tightening it as the junior's blood dripped down on his member. He grabbed Zire's forearm and bit through it as soon as he felt the tremendous extreme pain. The man groaned in distress, as he felt his younger brother's teeth digging through his skin. When it finally ended, Cydee was gasping for air as he fought the ache. "The cloth won't hold up for long, and if he doesn't get any treatment, his wound will get worse." Furia muttered, "We have some medical supplies at our house" Cydney responded, "Can you walk?" Furia had asked while glancing at the boy. Cydee had attempted to pull himself up, but he had failed. Furia then took her black blazer off as she wrapped it around her waist while bending her knees slightly. "C'mon, don't be shy" his older sister required, "Are you sure? I mean you're a girl-" he was preceded by her saying "I'm a woman" The junior then hopped onto her sister's back, while wrapping his arms around her neck and holding the both of his legs in her hands, "This is embarrassing," the boy had said as his face flushed with humiliation. After that, the crew returned to their home, which was already night when they arrived. As Cydney, who is settling the dining table in the kitchen. "Ow! Hey!- Be gentle!" Cydee exclaimed as he sat on the sofa, his left leg up and resting on a tiny pillow. "I am being gentle! You won't feel anything if you stop moving!" Furia yelled back as she applied the ointment to his limb, With the toolbox on his side, the Captain sat in a chair at the dining table, repairing the two-way radio. He was so preoccupied with his job that he didn't know his nose had begun to bleed, a drop of blood had slipped into his nostrils, and he rose up to look for the screw driver. "Zire... you're nose" Cydney mumbled as she told him, He had touched his nose, then he spotted the blood, and he double-checked to make sure. "Excuse me.." he muttered as he covered his nose, while heading to the yard to spend some alone time. He was gazing up at the magnificent stars and the moon that sparkled brightly above him. He shivered when the frigid air passed him by, Furia, on the other hand, had assisted Cydney in the kitchen in setting the table. The boy, worried about his older sibling, got up and fought the immense pain while grabbing some tissues. As he slowly walked towards him, he then handed him the napkins. The moment Cydee was looking over his brother's monotonous facial expression, he wasn't expecting a tear to stream on his eye. The Captain's sight remained fixed on the yard's attention. The youngster was curious as to what Zire had in mind. Cydee was surprised when he noticed a slight curve on his brother's lips. "You smiled!" he exclaimed gleefully, The man then returned his glimpse as he took his g*n from his chest, "Woah! Hey! Okay, okay, uhh just forget what I said" the boy said as he panicked. "It's the first time I've seen you smile from behind that...boring face of yours," the junior follows. "Shut you're mouth, or else I'll shove this down your throat" Zire had stated while raising his firearm with him.
