CHAPTER 18

A man who isn't doing anything was shot in the head while he fell to the ground, limply. They shrieked in fear and panicked when they saw what happened, they were intended to flee as the Beguine's vents were slammed shut. As the bots began to materialize, they trapped the visitors in a single location. A handgun in his right hand, Aero made himself less obscured in the darkness, and headed towards his brother Allen, who was alone and absolutely terrified in the centre. Allen was then grasped from the front of his neck by his brother, as Aero drew him to the other side of the lobby. The four siblings were also imprisoned with the guests. "3 o'clock 3 o'clock" Furia said as she pressed her device on her left ear while she saw Aero and Allen heading towards the right lobby, The four then proceeded on handling the bots by their bare hands. The micro drones each went on their own viewpoint positions, while the little drone on the toproof examined the entire area as shown on the screen, and Gal didn't hesitate to warn them. "Guys, there's a bomb underneath the Beguine" said the boy with glasses. "How many are there?" Furia inquired as she smacked the bots that's attacking the citizens. "Two," Jayz answered, looking at his device. "Is it active?" Furia inquired as she held her hand and winced in pain. "No, it's not" Jayz responded as he looked onto his panel again, Cydney attempted to unlock the door but it remained shut, leaving her with little choice except to break it. She looked for a weapon on the ground and used counter-measures to find one. Aero slammed Allen against the wall, grabbing his throat, and the two were alone in the lobby. "It's good to see you again, brother...or should I even call you that?" As he scowled at him, the man had said. "What do you want?" Allen inquires as he fights to take a breath. Aero replied, "You know what I want." "I should've invited you in the first place!" As he wheezes, Allen says, "Oh brother... this beautiful home of yours had blown up minutes ago... your lucky I didn't" the man sarcastically stated as he raised his left hand revealing the little controller. "Where is it?" Aero questioned once more as he grabbed his brother's face. Allen then pointed to a distance where a large canvas is hanging on the wall, with a voult inside it containing the antidote. As the two headed towards the voult, Aero rudely released his brother. "Well? Open it." Aero said, pointing his g*n towards his head. "I-I... don't have the key" Allen said, his voice trembling. Aero steadily brought his handgun down, the two brothers glaring at one another, when they both heard a g*n click, they turned their heads to see where the noise came from. Zire who stood nearby holding a firearm in his left hand pointed at his enemy. "Castelo..." Aero cast a peek at the captain as he aimed his g*n once again towards his brother's head. "Isn't it enough that you finally got your revenge on us?" Zire inquired. Aero stood there motionless, practically losing his wits as he recalled what Zire had asked him. He shook his head, returning his consciousness to reality. "Shut up!" He yelled as he shot the g*n from the captain's hand. Zire almost got his palm burned as his firearm rolled in the center of the Beguine. "Go! Activate the voult!" Zire shouted as he tossed the key to Allen. The gray haired man then rushed over Zire. The captain was pinned by his opponent, he then kicked his face off while he stood up. Aero collapsed and dropped the g*n, while the captain promptly recovered his firearm from the ground. "Go! Get out of here!" Zire stated as he threw a glimpse towards Allen. The harmless man had finally unlocked the voult, the antidote stood vertically as if gripped by a quad, and he cautiously took the antidote in his hand while running with it. Aero slowly rose to his feet, wiping the blood from the corner of his lips. He then punched Zire, knocked the g*n from his hands, and turfed the weapon out of the lobby, snatching his hair from above. Zire alleviated the tension in his body by grabbing Aero's neck with both of his hands and dragging him. As they rolled outside the lobby, When Allen was racing away from the battle, he was shot in the right arm, causing the antiserum to roll all over the ground. The two stood up and noticed the antidote. Zire stared at Aero before returning his gaze to the antiserum, they had no choice but to compete for it. Cydney, on the other hand, is still having trouble accessing the front door she's procrastinating how she'll release the folks who are in danger. And she's looking around the beguine when she spots a handgun. She smiled as she took it, but when her hair was grabbed tightly, she turned around to see who it was, the bot, preventing her from unleashing the visitors. "That's not nice!" She yelled knocking him in the abdomen with her elbow. As she struck the android in the head and aimed through his chest, Although she didn't say a word, it was obvious that she was in pain as she held her hair back, bursting and unlocking the Beguine's front door. "Everybody out now!" She was so troubled about the civilians that she didn't notice when a cyborg bounced over her and slapped her in the face as she fell backwards. In the meantime, Cydney laid on her stomach, bleeding from the side of her forehead, as the giant robot slowly made his way towards her. As the bot was meant to attack, an unexpected iron steel bar jabbed in the back of the machine's skull, gradually going down. Cydney was impressed to see his younger brother on a gap, as she exhaled rapidly while standing up. Furia slammed the bot's head with her elbow while effortlessly going below in between the cyborg's feet, pounding its back as the robot fell, she then swiftly snatched the stainless steel and pierced it in the back of the golem's artificial intellect. "Forgive me, my soldiers... I don't want to hurt you unless I have to", She murmured while closing her eyes and rests her forehead on her palms. "Your siblings are difficult to kill, Castelo," Aero muttered as he pressed Zire to the fountain's marble. The captain summoned all of his strength as he spun around and grasped both of his arms hooked onto his while holding his foe down. "So are you," the man replied. Unexpectedly, Aero jerked his head on Zire's nose, allowing him to tumble down. Without thinking twice, the gray-haired man yanked his knife from beneath one of his sleeve. As he was about to stab the captain, he instantly rolled the other way while standing up. Aero then started swinging the razor blade through his nemesis, while Zire grabbed the man's arm and smacked him tirelessly, dropping the knife. "Stay down," he ordered as he pointed the g*n at him. "Nobody tells me what to do" Aero said aggressively as he stood up, bringing the commander down with him. The man attempted to blast his opponent who was on top of him, but the beam blew the other way. Aero scowled at his rival while fiercely thrusting the knife into the captain's figure, as Zire fastly bypassed his movements, as Zire used his g*n to strike Aero's face, the guy stood up as he touched the blood coming out of his mouth. "Hey! I don't have a g*n! That's cheating!" Cydee yelled as he rushed away from the cyborgs chasing him with their firearms in hand. The boy then saw his older brother with his killer on the lobby, so he gazed from behind while sprinting. As the weapon struck, a beam came out of it, and the junior fortunately missed the ray covering his head. The beam then tainted Aero's hand where he held the blade, causing him to drop the metal blade. Disturbed, he turned to see where the blue light came from, and as soon as the two made eye contact, he saw the boy running towards them. Cydee's eyes narrowed as he came to a halt, the boy turned around to find the bots encircling him, he knew he was caught. As the pistol moved towards him, Zire didn't hesitate to hand it over to his younger brother. The boy picked it up as soon as it touched his foot. Aero looked at Zire and then back at the junior, he then grabbed something from his coat, the miniature remote. "Nobody move, or this place will erupt into ashes," the gray-haired man warned as he placed his thumb on the first button, and the two brothers didn't move a single limb. Cydee merely looked across at his surroundings as the bots leveled their weapons at him. Towards the back, he noticed the antidote lounging on the ground by the fountain, the child immediately shot one of the machines from behind. As Zire grabbed the control from the man's palm as he whacked him afterwards, Aero strike him in the face as the device fell from the captain's grasp. The captain's strength had ran out, he used his foot to kick the device back into the lobby, while Cydee hurried for the antidote, and Zire ended up on the floor, holding his gut as he coughed. Aero snatched another firearm from his overcoat, reloading it with the tip facing the man's face. Aero has the courage to murder his opponent who is right in front of him, but he decides not to waste. The gray-haired man then exited the chamber and made his way to the lobby, where he carefully grabbed the remote and gazed at his adversary before pressing the second button, which gives them fifty-five minutes to escape out of the Beguine. The little drone from the toproof surveyed the entire area again, and the drone then issued a warning to the man in the chair. Gal then received the message, and when he looked at his computer, he saw that the two bombs beneath the Beguine had been activated. He then rushed to tell his friends, "Guys, the two explosives have been activated" he announced sternly. "How much longer?" Furia inquired. "Fifty-five minutes... well not anymore, you have, fifty-four and forty-three seconds to deactivate it" the lad with the glasses said, looking at the holographic screen. "Furia, go defuse those bombs, we cannot let this building collapse," Zire said as he laid on the floor. "On it," Furia replied. "Zire! I need assistance here!" Cydney asked as she swung the metal steel around the bot's body. The captain huffed and grunted in pain before picking himself up and walking over to where Cydney is. "Where's the security!? Are they're supposed to be here? Or they ran away with the guests?!" Cydee inquires as he tries to escape the automations who are still furiously hunting him. As the cyborgs blasted at the child, he luckily avoided every single bullet they fired at him. Meanwhile, Furia is desperately looking for the explosives around the basement, but it is nowhere to be found. "Guys, I need directions to where the bombs are" she said. "Before you inquire anything, I do have my night vision turned on, and this sludge in front of me is interfering with my sensors," Furia says. "Okay, that makes sense, alright, we'll send a drone down there and all you have to do is follow that little fella and it'll take you right to the bombs." Cope replied while scrolling through his screen. "Is... is that clear?" Jayz asked politely. "Alright... sending fifth drone into the basement" Gal says as he directs the sensor to move to the location. The copter was about to enter the beguine when it was blown up into small pieces by one of the beams. "Okay, fifth drone is down," Jayz said. "Simply start walking ahead of you, then turn left, then another left, and keep moving forward... did you get that?" Gal inquires, his gaze fixated on his screen. "She didn't reply which means she got it" Cope responded, Furia then went about her duty as Gal instructed, and as she strolled, the pipes above her continued to drain down, despite the weird echoes she heard around her.
