I͟v͟y͟ "I can walk." I'm annoyed. And I can tell Ethan's annoyed right back. He wants me to either let him carry me or drive me to the packhouse. I'm trying to convince him that I can walk. He shakes his head at me. "I'm not going to have you pass out because you want to be stubborn." I glare at him... Or I would glare at him if I could. Whatever look I'm giving him is amusing him, which is even more irritating. We're at a standstill, eyeing each other in the parking lot of the hospital. I didn't realize how big it was until we walked out. I refused to be wheeled out, causing a noticeable tick to start in Ethan's jaw. I'm never gonna tell him that I regretted it, but I do. It was pretty stupid of me but I guess my mentality of "don't depend on anyone" is hard to break out of
