*Trigger Warning********** I͟v͟y͟ There's an ache in my chest as we pull up to the River's Edge packhouse. There shouldn't have been. I should be relieved. I haven't been beaten for the past few days, allowing me to finally start healing. I didn't realize how bad it was until I looked at myself in the mirror this morning. I have a good number of yellow and green markings that blend into the blue and purple of fresh bruises.
