I͟v͟y͟ "One teaspoon salt..." I carefully measure the correct amount into the spoon before gently dropping the salt into the bowl. I sigh in satisfaction. The final ingredient can now be perfectly placed back in it's original spot along with all the other ones. I pop the lids back onto my set of perfectly matching glass containers. I hum along to "Spring" from Vivaldi's Four Seasons and smile happily. It's one of the most remarkable pieces of music I've ever heard. I wasn't allowed to be a normal teenager so a normal teenage experience was something I didn't get.
