CHAPTER 13
Elijah finished dressing and was at his vanity applying some makeup. He knew he was glowing from happiness, and the second he stepped foot out the door, everyone would take one look at him and know what he and Khall had been up to… and damned if Elijah gave a rat’s ass. He wanted them to know that he was mated. He wasn’t fool enough to think that everything was fixed now. No, he knew he had much more healing to do, but with Khall by his side, he didn’t feel as if the weight of the world was on his shoulders anymore.
Feeling the arms of the man of his thoughts wrapping around him, Elijah sighed and leaned back into Khall. “You look beautiful, Pipit. I can’t wait to unwrap you tonight.”
