Prologue

"Harder. Oh, yees. Right there. Oh, my God. Yes, yes, yes. Faster, baby, faster. Ohhh, yeees, baby!!" A female voice could be heard moaning loudly inside the room.

The man grunted and groaned with obvious pleasure. The noises in the room were so loud that I couldn't ignore them even if I wanted to. But I wasn't planning on it anyway. I was a woman on a mission - vengeance never seen before.

I sneered as I listened outside the door, my heart cold and unfeeling. They might as well enjoy themselves for as long as it lasts.

The couple in the room were no other than my former best friend and my ex-fiancè. They owed me big time, and it was time I paid them back for every little thing they did to me.

I could imagine the look on their faces if I were to barge into the room at that moment. The pure shock and terror that would reflect in their eyes. I smiled. It would be heavenly. But that was not the plan. I had bigger and better plans for them. A revenge so sweet it would leave them reeling.

They would never know what hit them. They wouldn't see it coming. Because they thought I was dead. But their time of reckoning had come.
