Two women had walked in to the waiting elevator.
Both stylishly dressed in the way that rich, older women would dress and the oversized rings on their fingers indicating their marital status,they wore it like a badge of honour.
Divine could feel their eyes on her but she refused to look straight at them or infact say anything to them and just continued to maintain eye contact with her reflection on the elevators walls.
She knew these women and wanted nothing to do with them.
Well, not exactly knew them personally but had heard a load about them from Ray and Star.
One of them was the apartment's board chairperson and the other one was her deputy .
Together , they went around poking their nose and interfering with everyone's business under the guise
