I don’t know why, but I have this feeling that Eros is lying to me. Why exactly is he saying such things about her? Is there something that he doesn’t want to share with anyone?
He is telling me that his first mate cheated on him, but the way he gets agitated whenever anyone asks anything about her… it’s just quite impossible for me to believe that she cheated on him with someone. Eros was still not letting go of my hands and the way he was gazing into my eyes was enough to make my heart skip a beat.
Did he remember something he was trying to forget?
What exactly happened in his past that turned him into such a cold-hearted person? Is it because of his first mate’s infidelity?
