Eta runs quickly through the forest carrying a tall branch that on the very end held a hee hive, right behind her were a swamp and bees pointing their deadly stings.

"Eta drop the hive!!!"She friend Mimi calls out "they may leave you alone"

She heels hits the ground loudly as she adds in speed. One bee manages to keep up and stings her to the arm but her speed only adds up until she jumps in to a river. For a moment only the stick is left floating, the bees search around for two minutes and returned to the forest with no victory. Three of Eta's friends hurry to the river bank and wait for her. She slowly raises from the depth smiling at them.

"Are you hungry for honey"she asks raising and dropping her eyebrows.

"You are brave Eta I can't do that stunt even when I tried"Dallo comments.

"Are you kidding, she would have been stung a thousand times and ended up like Sir Henry,he took his cows near a hive and now he can not sit straight "complains Mimi.

Eta comes out on the river"stop being dramatic Mimi I am fine, I had a swim and you girls have your honey,we are all winners "

Dallo teases"yes, but if you insist we will take your part of honey and give it to Sir Henry so he can rub it in his bum "

They all laugh , all except Mary.She remains standing looking at them .In a blink of a second she rushes and embrace Dallo.

Mary crys "I wish I was like you, you all seem free"

"What do you mean? your father is trader.."Eta says

"Yes,he brings nice beautiful things from the expensive kingdoms ,Mary? what more do you want?"Mimi asks.

"Freedom ...I want freedom... nothing more "She continues,"Father wants to hand me over to Jalva ."

Dallo gasps"stinky Jalva, the fisherman right?"

She stands up wearing a brown pants and coloured vest. Her hair was placed down with an old band. All wet she stood up on a big river rock, places her arms on her waist she looks at the bright sun on the sky and made a serious face. Resembling a warrior she screams,"I Eta from Taggart will fight for Mary Valli's right, so help me Lord."

"AMEN ETA"her friends screamed behind her and for a moment the breeze blew through her hair and she felt blessed.
