“CONGRATULATIONS, Barbie! You’ve done well!” Lola Matilda was beaming with pride as she embraced her granddaughter after the latter came down from the stage.
“Thank you, Lola!” Barbie answered back as Lola Matilda released her. “I could not possibly do it without your love, guidance, and support. So, you should also congratulate yourself,” she added.
“Of course! I know that. But you did most of the effort. Even if I supported you all the way, if you did not do your part, then all is in vain. Not all of those who enroll in a university, get to earn their diploma. Some stopped early in the journey while others reached midway before they quit. But you were tough enough to finish the journey. You are brave enough for being able to do that. I am so proud of your achievement.”
