The rest of dinner follows like this. Flowing conversation, easy laughter and more than one longing look that has my body humming in anticipation.
Even Sophie’s blatant flirtation attempt to get Ben’s attention when she brings our food doesn’t faze me this time. He doesn’t take his eyes off me the whole time she’s at our table. Damn, do I love him!
