The rain had picked up but I just stared as it fell. I seemed to have been emptying my soul by staring at it. I realized something during that time. I realized that I was just tired, exhausted, lonely and hurt not depressed. All I wanted was all this to end so that I can sleep and get myself back.
“What are you doing out here? It's raining heavily.” Jordan said causing my body to vibrate.
I didn't want to keep my hopes up but at the same time I wanted to believe that he came here because he actually cared for me as me not as Diana's sister.
“I like the rain. It's music if you listen closely.” I said as calmly as possible. I didn't need him knowing how flustered I felt.
