Astrid's POV
I screamed at the top of my lungs the moment I thought Luca pulled the bullet out of my leg. After the immense pain I felt, my body Instantly went limp and my head felt light. I couldn't feel any part of my body anymore, especially my legs.
"Please Luca!!" I moaned silently. I had begged him not to remove the bullet from my leg but he insisted that he did, saying that I was going to die if I didn't let him pull the bullet out from my leg.
"I haven't gotten it out yet, Vincent, come help me raise her leg so that I can...." Luca's voice faded into air, I was merely listening, I couldn't hear a single thing around me, everything felt so—distant from me.
