Chapter Twenty-one

[Keliche Shizamme Sandoval's Point of View]

I’m now holding a bunch of bears! I mean, they aren’t looked like a bear but whatever, that’s what they called it. One looks like a bird, a lion, a penguin and many more. I don’t know. They looked really cute.

“Wow, ma’am and sir. You’re both amazing!” The crew told me while arranging the balls for another round for the next players, well, we already have a lot of bears. I think that it’s already enough. I’m not that greedy.

“Where do you want to go next?” He asked me while were walking side by side, he took the three bears from me so we’re now holding three on three.

“We should name them.” I told him while looking at my prizes, we should name them since we own them now. It’s easy, you just need to shoot the ball and you’ll get one already. I bet Khyzrr a basketball player because he shoots those balls and his shots are perfect too!

“Lala, Lele, Lili, Lolo, Lulu and El.” He answered while looking at the next booth I think we’re going. He should decide, I already decided the first booth we should take and I’m already contented.

While we’re walking, I knew that a lot of people are looking at us but the hell I care with them? They are gifted with two eyes so they must use it well before I curse them.

“We still have to fall in line. Are you still up for it?” He asked while he’s looking at the long line in front. Maybe it’s really fun, we should definitely try it.

I nodded before standing on the last spot of the line. We should wait for our turn to be fair with everyone. Even though some of them looked at me like I committed a sin or some are throwing their death glares on me. I don’t care. I’m not born to please them anyway.

“Is it your first time too?” He asked me, I nodded. I should tell him that it’s my first time here too.

“It’s my first time to go in an amusement park like this, honestly. I should thank you for bringing me here, I’m having so much fun even though I have this blank expression of mine.” I answered honestly, it’s hard to back out now. I’m slowly opening up for him, I mean, I guess there’s no harm in trying something new. Opening up won’t be that bad, I guess? He looks like he needed some answers so I better give him some hints since he’s making a lot of efforts for me. I mean, who in their right mind would take me to somewhere and let me have some fun? I’m the kind of person who masked herself with a very thick mask and put high and thick walls surrounding her heart.

“I didn’t know. Where do you want to go next, I promise to take you there next time when we have a lot of time or when we have no work because you know, we can’t have a leave or something just because of that, we’ll get fired, I think.” He asked while he’s smiling and tapping his shoe on the ground like he’s making his own beat.

I should think of a place where I want to be the most, I would love to go to Disneyland if I have the time but that’s too far. Some people says, well, most of the people says that it’s the happiest place on earth so I want to be part of those people. I mean, that might be my key to smile? If that’s the happiest place on earth then I can be happy there too right? I want to take back the happiness that those monsters took from me.

“I want to go to… Can you take me to Disneyland?” I asked her, he smiled for a moment before looking at me.

“I wish that when we got there, you’ll smile because that’s the happiest place on earth, I mean, everyone smiles and laughs a lot there, including toddlers, teenagers, and adults.

“I hope so too.” I answered while looking in front.

Few minutes later, I’ll be the one to try the crane booth! I feel so excited! I wish that I’ll have some bears again or chips. I would love that.

“Ma’am, all the things that you’ll get will be yours already, okay?” The girl instructed so I immediately nodded before they began putting the equipment on me for my safety, of course.

I felt so dizzy when they started pulling me up, my eyes are fed with lots of treats! I don’t know what to get! But not the chocolates please!

“1, 2, 3… go!” The girl said before they slowly put me down towards the treats, I opened my arms wide as I could to get all the foods I wanted.

After a few seconds, they immediately pulled me up, I heard Khyzrr laughing. I bet it’s because of my posture when they pulled me up.

They unlocked me already before they started packing the things I got.

“Wish me luck, Ice.” Khyzrr said while he’s looking at me. I just nodded before I patted his shoulder. Later on, the crew handed me the paper bag full of the things I got.

“He already paid for you, ma’am.” The crew said so I just nodded and looked at Khyzrr who is now getting ready.

Then the Khyzrr crane already moved and when they pulled him up. He looked like a koala! I mean, he really looked like one!

After that, they already put what he got on a paper bag too. I didn’t bother what he got, we just walked away after we finished getting our things.

“I got a lot of chips.” Khyzrr told me so I looked at my paper bag and I frowned because of what I saw. My jaw literally dropped because I’ll never eat most of the things inside the paper bag!

“I got lots of chocolate bars. Fuck.” I whispered but I knew that he heard me because the devil started laughing again. I really want to throw him out of the earth, somewhere called hell. Yes! Let him meet his family including Satan there because he’s always laughing when it’s about me. Such a bully!

“Let’s just share. I’ll eat some of your chocolates and I’ll share you with my chips.” He told me so I looked at him before rolling my eyes.

“You can eat all the chocolates, not just some.” I answered before walking towards a bench under a shady tree because it’s getting hotter than I thought. It’s already past 10 in the morning.

I looked at the giant wheel near us. Wow! I won’t forget about you! I’ll try you, okay? What the heck. Why am I talking to myself like crazy?

“You want to eat some lunch or what?” He asked me, he’s always asking me this and that. He should make some decisions for himself too.

“It’s up to you.” I answered while I’m still looking at the giant wheel. I can’t still believe it!

“We’ll be trying that later. It’ll melt if you’re looking at that giant wheel like that.” He said while messing with my hair. Hmp!

I looked around to face him, he’s wiggling his eyebrows. I rolled my eyes and my eyes widen when he pinched my cheeks.

I pushed him, he just laughed at me. Well, it’s too hot to walk out so I just stayed in front of him. We’re just sitting there and watching the people passed by. Some are giving us confused looks but we just didn’t care not until a little girl stopped in front of me.

“Can you give me a bear?” She asked while pouting her lips and pointing at El. It’s an elephant, a pink elephant. El is quite cute and it looks perfect with this cute girl so I handed it to her.

“She’s El, take good care on her, huh?” I said, the little girl nodded before running away.
