My mother gave me a hug and told me how proud she were of me. She wished me luck, and told me that she knew I would do great things. Sean's dad did the same, and we both felt a sense of gratitude. We were so lucky to have such supportive families, and we knew that they would always be there for us.
As we walked away from our parents, we turned to each other and smiled. "Ready?" I asked. "Let's do this."
Sean and I went through the registration process, getting our student IDs, signing up for classes, and getting our campus maps. It was all a little overwhelming, but we tried to take it all in stride. We were both excited to start our new adventure, and we knew that we were in this together.
After we were done with the registration process, we decided to explore the
