Carly sat next to Cruella on the bed to allow the news to sink in. She still thought it to be a joke or a prank but the look on Cruella's face told her she was serious about it.
“Is that why you kissed Kyle? Because you were attracted to him as well?”
“Yes but that wasn't intentional. I didn't know he was my mate and it just happened. I still don't get why I have three mates, one is more than enough for me but...” Cruella trailed off.
“But what?” Carly asked.
“There is a lot I haven't told you about myself. I guess I wasn't sure I could fully trust you before but now I'm ready to tell you everything.” Cruella said.
