“She just defeated a Gamma, by herself, and with almost no effort,” I said to Lean through our mental link as we watched the man who had attacked her bare his neck—the ultimate sign of submission among shifters.
“Don’t forget she’s an Alpha.”
“Yes, but don’t overlook the fact that she only found out about her true nature yesterday—and that she hasn’t received a single lesson.”
“You’re right, brother. I’m glad to know our mate is powerful.”
