Chapter 31 When Sartin woke, the familiar smell and sound of his cabin filled his nose and ears before he opened his eyes. He shook his head, to clear his mind again. Sommar’s song chimed in his head and for a moment he remembered seeing Sommar, even lacing their fingers together. But everything had turned murky. Was it a dream or hallucination as he struggled to breathe? These land people had not been the most hospitable people to deal with. Not allowing him to breathe was one of the most despicable things they could do. Sartin’s left wrist ached, probably caused by his struggling against the tether.
