The Arranged Marriage

"No,there is no way I am getting married to Henley"I yelled back at my parent who are now on their knees begging me. Oh you must probably be thinking that what is happening here when before I tell you let me introduce myself, Hi I am Mia I live with my parent who own a very large company but now their business was not going well and they are literally forcing me to get married to their business partner son Henley who is as ugly as hell well to me he is ugly because of his behaviour and I also don't have feelings for him,Now back to the story.

"No way am I getting married to that rich spoilt brat"I yelled "please sweetie, just do this for us we promise you when the company is back on track you can get a divorce" my mom pleased "No mum don't you get it, I don't like him and what if he is a type of person who beats up his wife" I said before stomping off to my room "You are gonna get married to him no matter what and your wedding is next week Tuesday so get prepared" My dad yelled at me. When I got to my room I sat down and started to think about all what my parents told me "They must be joking but they look so serious..hmmm,you know Mia there is nothing you can do about it so you just have to marry that Henley, even his name is making me wanna throw up" I said to myself irritated by Henley's name "I feel sleepy, I guess it's bedtime"I said before turning off the lights.

The next morning I woke up to the sounds of people talking and laughing "who could that be?" I said while getting off from bed in a sleepy tone before marching up to the bathroom to do my daily routine when I was done I got dress and went downstairs when I got there I saw a face I hate which is Henley's face, I was about to go back to my room when my dad called me saying"Oh Mia you are here come over here and join us" "No dad I have a lot of thing to do so I won't be coming" I said "what is more important than meeting your groom "my father said while pulling me to the living room, my dad made me sit beside Henley who was smirking at me "Since Mia is here we should excuse them so they can talk"Henley dad said "You are right MR.Chester"My dad said before him and MR.Chester left the room leaving only me and Henley "you know you are getting married to me because of your father's company and I am so happy that happened to your company you know, if you don't agree to get married to me or be a good wife I will you and your patent's life so miserable that you guys will end up on the streets and become homeless" Henley said before letting out an evil laugh "Really is all you can do,can't you fight without your father's power, And my dad knows what he is doing by making me get married to you ewww even looking and listening to your voice is making me sick,also before I leave when my dad come tell him I am in my room"I replied Henley before leaving for my room.

The next day, MR.Chester took me and Henley to the mall to get our wedding clothes and show "Wow, MR.Chester really wants to get rid of his son" I said in my head. After buying everything we needed for the wedding MR.Chester dropped me off at my house which made me excited cause I was sick and tired of Henley face "Mum, Dad am home" I said while dropping all the shopping bag on the floor, I was about to walk up to my room when I saw my mom running up to me "Sweetie,how was today with MR.Chester and Henley"My mum said smiling but when she mentioned Henley name the smile became an irritated face "Oh mum I am so happy I am home because I am sick and tired of Henley's face"I said to my mum faking to cry "Oh sweetie you have to be able to tolerate Henley's face and name when you get married" "I know mum"I said while walking to my room with my head down.

When I got to my room I sat down and started to think about what my mom said "Ah, I don't think I will be able to live with Henley for one day without going crazy" I said while thinking deeply an then an idea popped into my head "if my parent won't cancel the marriage then I will run away on that same day and never returned"I said with a satisfied look.................
