Chapter 5 Korrin looked up from the liquor bottle as Ruslo came into the room. His face went pale at what he saw: Korrin covered in blood, Kaven dead on the ground, and their father wailing on the ground, holding his son’s lifeless body. “Oh,” was all he managed. He looked down at the assassin: he was still alive, mortally wounded, but still alive. He reached a feeble hand out to Ruslo, as if asking for help.
