Veronica's POV
What the hell?
What was Carsin doing here? Here in Arcadia College of all places. Was he stalking me?
Has he decided to accept me as his fated mate? What happened to the so-called reason he rejected me?
I shifted in my seat, tightening my jaw. “I would never stoop low to accept him. He rejected and humiliated me once. Never again!”
“Veronica?”
“Veronica?!” Taylor whispered, yanking me out of my head.
I turned my head to her. Her eyes were wide open and were giving the vibes of “What's wrong with you, darling?”
I turned back to the rest of the class and….they were all staring at me.
“Veronica, would you like to be Carsin’s tour for the first week?” Mrs. Fags asked, like she was asking it the second time.
