Veronica's POV
“You with Sierra?” I heard a rough voice call as the door opened.
I sat up quickly, my body a little bit dry of sweat, and flung my head to the door.
Who was that? Sierra's brother?
His eyes flickered to my face and down my body, before he shifted them to Aaron with a knowing eyes.
“I didn't know you had a guest,” he said, narrowing his eyes. His eyes….they were golden in color, and somehow, they fit his hair colour perfectly. White golden hair.
Aaron coughed and dropped his bottle. “Yeah. She's Veronica. She's from my class in school.”
He nodded and took some steps toward me. Now that he moved closer, I could spot some tattoos peeking out of his shirt.
