“Well, it looks like she was poisoned.” Dr. Williams announced. She looked over her charts and continued. “The wolfsbane in her is non-lethal. She’s hooked up to an IV and it will flush it out of her system in a few hours. She was lucky it was just wolfsbane and not a mixture. As for her wounds…” she trailed off, concern in her eyes.
“She has three broken ribs, a minor concussion and cuts on her thighs. Her hands are infected and her body is fighting hard to get rid of it. I gave her antibiotics, but if the swelling doesn’t go down soon, the infection will spread to her bloodstream.”
