"I still have a few things to take care of before I clock out," my mate stated, yet she did not attempt to break away from me. "Then my cousin is supposed to walk me back to my place."
"Can I talk to your cousin about joining you two? I don't wish to part from you so soon now that I've found you." I could see her mulling over my request before she nodded her head.
"He should have gotten here by now. His name is Timothy." It was my turn to go stiff at her words.
