Two hours later, there was a knock on Senator McCabe's door.
McCabe opened the door and said, "Come in, Theodore."
Theodore removed his scarf and coat, handing them to McCabe. Then he said, "What the hell was that all about today?"
"I had to make it look good for the press," McCabe said, "and I didn't have time to brief you. I presumed you would catch on."
"And if I hadn't?"
"But you did, so the matter is over."
"And what do we do now? About the visors, I mean."
"I'm sure you can expect a few questions—or more than a few—questions regarding the visors, but more importantly there will likely be a lot of questions about a new product that we'll be launching soon."
