10 - I'll make her death look like an accident!

1809 Words
VJ I hold my little brother a little tighter; it’s been too fuckin.g long. I thought about him more than anyone else while I was in prison. Not often, but more than I should have. Wondering if he was okay, never left me. I pull away slightly and grab the back of his neck. “You look good, Max.” He does. He looks bigger and healthier. Good, that’s the way it should be. It shows he’s been taking care of himself. He laughs and pulls away. “You don’t look too bad yourself, VJ. Considering…” “I’ve been locked up for eighteen months?” Max nods, and I laugh. “You know me, little brother. Nothing stops me or drags me down.” “True.” He chuckles. “I’d like you to meet Chloe.” He grabs the beauty beside him around the waist and pulls her against his hip. She thought I hadn’t noticed her when I turned around. But I notice everything. What are the fuckin.g odds, though? My brother’s girl? It doesn’t bother me knowing that I fucke.d the shi.t out of her. It bothers me that she fucke.d around behind my brother’s back! Still, I’ll be polite for Max’s sake. For now, at least. Once I get her alone is another story. No one takes my brother for a fool and lives! The images I have inside my head of the things I want to do to this woman… She’ll regret ever meeting me before the day is out. You can quote me on that! “Nice to meet you, Chloe.” “Nice... Nice to meet you, too.” She swallows hard, uncomfortable. Good, so she fuckin.g should be! “Rob!” Stupid Prospect is so lazy; he’s too fuckin.g slow! He doesn’t know me yet because he wasn’t here when I left. But he soon will, and he will never forget my name! Where’s Tammy when you need her? “Drinks over here! What do you guys want?” “Beer.” Max and his beer. My brother never drinks spirits. Well, not after the time I gave him a shot of vodka when he was fourteen and he threw up for two hours straight. Of course, I laughed. Hey, it was funny! Jett thought otherwise and threatened to string me up. I laughed in his face, walked away, and left him to deal with Max. “And you?” Beautiful fuckin.g creature’s eyes are looking at me nervously. She’s scared to death that I will tell my brother about what happened between us. If she wasn’t with Max, trust me, I fuckin.g would. However, I won’t hurt my brother like that. It doesn’t mean I’ll let this bitc.h get away with what she’s done. I’ll make her death look like a very nasty accident. Max will grieve, but he’ll move on. I cannot let her get away with what she’s done! I had no clue who she was, and yeah, she didn’t know me either. But she sure as shi.t went out last night with the intention of cheating on my brother. What the fuc.k happened to the other bitc.h Max was with? What was her name again? Fucke.d if I can remember. I suppose he realized she was a boring fucke.r and moved on. I can’t blame him for that, but at least the other one never cheated on him. “Just a coke, please.” Fuc.k, why the hell do I want to bend her over and fuc.k the ever-loving shi.t out of her? I want to punish her for what she’s done, but I want her so fuckin.g bad my balls ache! Deep breath, VJ. She’s just one woman. A lying, cheating fuckin.g bitc.h! Over the next hour, my brother and I reminisced about life as kids, the shi.t we got up to, and the scrapes he got in over his obsession with skateboarding. He was damn good at it. The trouble is, Max broke a few bones when he was a kid with the tricks he’d pull on that board. I remember a few times when my mother had gone mad, trying to force Max to stop what he was doing. He did eventually, but then he turned to race cars. The second he got his license, he learned to race. He wanted nothing more all his life. Even as a little boy, his dream was to be a racer. Max is damn good at it. Too good. That’s what got him beaten the fuc.k out of and landed me in prison. Not Max’s fault; it was the guy who fuckin.g thought it was okay to try and force my brother to throw his race. The guy did so because he knew his brother would never beat Max. I watch Max’s girl whisper something in his ear, her eyes on me the whole time. Blatant slut! She walks away. She seems to be heading toward the bathroom. This is my opportunity; I can’t let this fester in my mind much longer. If I do, someone will get hurt. I’m not landing myself back in prison. Not just yet, anyway. Slapping Max on the back and telling him I need to piss and will be right back, I make my move. I wait outside the women’s restroom for Chloe to come out. There’s nobody in the hallway, not that I’d give a fuc.k if there were. It’s not like she will make a scene, not when she doesn’t want my brother to find out what she’s been up to. How many fuckin.g times has she done this to Max throughout their relationship? How long have they even been together? I know they weren’t together when I was sent down. Max was with that Daisy chick. The one he’d been with since he was a kid, the one everyone thought he’d marry. Did this bitc.h turn my brother’s head? Did she cause my brother to become a cheat like her? I wait for the redhead to walk away and grab Chloe as she exits the bathroom. “Do not make a scene. That’s the last thing you wanna do right now, girl.” I hiss through my teeth. Her eyes are wide as she looks at me. She fuckin.g knows what’s coming. Moreover, she won’t ever fuckin.g forget it. “Let go of me!” “Not likely.” I drag her down the hallway. I don’t give a fuc.k how much she pulls on my hand to let her go — not happening! I don’t know whose bedroom I’m in, and I don’t give a fuc.k either. I throw Chloe inside, slam the door, and lock it. Ain’t got long to get this off my chest before Max comes looking for his cheating slut. “Why don’t you start by telling what the fuc.k you thought you were doing!” I snap. “Look, I’m sorry about last night. I didn’t know who you were.” “Clearly.” I fold my arms around my chest. “Max told me his brother’s name was VJ. You told me your name was Vince. How was I supposed to make the connection?” “How about you shouldn’t have been out there cheatin’ on my brother in the first place!” She looks at me for only a second before bursting out laughing. I grab the bitc.h by the arms and yank her against my body, shock registering on her gorgeous face. “Don’t laugh at me, little girl! I am not the man to fuc.k with.” Eyes wide, she tries to push me away. I’m not letting go. f***k, I’ve got a good mind to drag her out there and make her tell my brother what she’s been doing behind his back! “Please, let me go.” “You think it’s funny that you cheated on my brother? ‘Cause I fuckin’ know I ain’t the first!” “Let me go, you jackass! I haven’t cheated on anyone because I’m not with anyone!” She’s not with Max? How the fuc.k did I get that so wrong? “You ain’t Max’s girl?” “No,” She shakes her head. “He’s my best friend, my roommate, but we are not now and never have been together in any way. He’s still with Daisy!” Daisy. That’s how much attention I pay to people. None. To be honest, I thought Max had given Daisy the elbow. I’ve been gone eighteen months with no contact with anyone. How was I to know he’s still stuck on her? “How long have you known my brother?” Chloe sighs. “A couple of years.” I raise an eyebrow. “And you reckon you didn’t know who I was? Don’t make me laugh!” “I didn’t know who you were because I haven’t seen a photo of you that wasn’t more than ten years old! When I met your family, you weren’t there! I didn’t know who you were last night because you weren’t wearing your cut.” I don’t take photographs because I don’t see the point. Memories belong in your head, not on a scrap of paper. I’ll leave all that crap to everyone else. “What happened last night has never happened before; I don’t make a habit of sleeping with random men. Now, I’d appreciate it if you took your fuckin.g hands off of me, you prick!” I let her go with a smirk on my face. She takes a step back and rubs her arms. Maybe I was a little rough with her. Nothing compared to what I did to her last night. Nothing compared to what I want to do to her right now. “What are the odds of us bumping into each other so soon.” It isn’t a question; I’m just saying it out loud. “We didn’t bump into each other. You lied about who you were.” “No, I didn’t. My name is VJ. Short for Vince Jackson. So technically, I told you the truth.” “Whatever,” Chloe rolls her sex.y eyes at me, and God knows I want to fuc.k her stupid right now. “The point is, I didn’t cheat on anybody. I’m sorry if I gave you the impression that I would do that to Max. If he were my boyfriend, I would never hurt him like that; he’s a special guy.” I take a step forward, and she takes one back. “You think he’s special?” She nods. I can’t tell if she wants him, but she definitely wants me right now. Good, because I’m fuckin.g desperate for her. So, I grab her hand and pull her against me. Fuc.k, this woman is beautiful.
