Chapter 10 - The real hero

Serenia wander and wander, hoping she would meet the thieves

"Ohhhhhhh, i am f*****g exhausted, i need to rehydrate"

She ask and ask people to know about the thieves, until she got into the slums, she asked people

 hey, excuse me, have you seen a man wearing top cap and a tuxedo? Wearing black pants, and a mask

While asking, she draws more attention, because of her beautiful appearrance, everyone kept staring at her

A group of guys suddenly approached her

"Hey you looking for the man, come with us, he's been expecting you, he is mister Fritz by the way hehehehehe"

Serenia was convinced immidiately, and came with them with them doubting

The guy talk about the man in black suit as if he knows him

They arrived at a secluded area where no one is passing by much, suddenly

A guy behind Serenia, hold her hands

"Chain binding magic!"

A chain binding magic was cast on Serenia

"HAHAHAHAHA, we caught a bug fish today, were gonna be paid a lot with this kind of girl"

Serenia talked

"I tho-thought you know him?"

"Him? Him?! HAHAHAHAHAHA i don't even have a slightest clue about the man you are referring to, i just made it up to make you come with us, and thanks to your stupidity you came, i didn't have to effort much"

"You trickssterrrrr!"

Serenia whisper

"I can't break from this chain it gets harder the more i struggle"

Serenia remembers something

a mysterious voice: " i will let you use her magic to protect this man, practice it"

Serenia shouts

"Day dream! Magic"

(some kind of illusion magic that let's your target be forced to be in your dreams)

But nothing happened

A strange woman's voice suddenly whispers to Serenia

"Hehehe, that's what you deserve~~~~"

Everyone laughed

"HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA, i was scared for a second, i thought she was a magic user or something, but i guess she's not just a fool but a delusional as well, you think you have powers and get away? Drop it, you won't get away here"

The leader staring at her lustfully

"I have a suggestion guys, before we sell her, won't it be a waste if we don't have  a chance to taste her"

"Before that, hey, juno use imprinting magic on her face and put it her on a leather"

"Why, it will be waste of my mana, ok, but after you it will be my turn, hehehehehe"

The leader's gang starts to unbutton his outfit, her torso is now exposed

"Ohhhh, look at that breast, it so round and busty"

Their leader groped her breast as he undress the rest of her outfit

Serenia talk while she cries

"You won't get away from this"

The man got pissed and punched her in the stomach

"quiet, i can't concentrate on getting arouse"

The man starts to undress as well, suddenly the man in black suit came to rescue her

The area has filled with smoke screen and then he covered her in a blanket and take her away

Serenia cry and cry, the man in black suit spoke

"I am sorry, i didn't not rescue you immidiately, and i am sorry you had to go through that kind of thing"

"I am aware of you finding me, i just had a doubt you're gonna chase me, so i didn't not showed up and left, but good thing i happened to saw you again with that guys who kidnaps people and sell them as a slaves, there i realize you're no threat but i didn't commence battle with them, i am sorry i can't do anything about them in terms of power, so i think it through before rescuing you, good thing they're not fast as me, they won't keep on us, now just rest there for a minute, we will talk when we arrived at our hideout"

Meanwhile

Louie arrive where Serenia was about to be r**e, unfortunately he did not find Serenia there.

"Tsk i guess spatial detection is not yet perfect it has delay response and doesn't have accurate location."

He saw a bunch of guys in there rubbing their eyes and the ones who tried to r**e Serenia, he inspect things in there and he saw an image of Serenia in a leather, he immidiately interrogate the guys

"Why do you have serenia's image, where is her?"

They just stare and refuse to talk

Louie became impatient and furious, he cut one of the guy's arms off.

Without seeing getting slashed

They were astouned and scared at the same time, they were forced to tell him what happened

"Were gonna talk please spare our hands!! *sob *sob a man in black suit took her, that's the truth, we don't know anymore, so please leave us"

"And what about this leather image of Serenia, explain it to me or your head will be the one i will cut"

"Wa-waaai-i-tttt, th-the guy d-drooo-oped it, w-we ddo-don't know anything, leave us alone noww please"

After Louie's interrogation, he knocked them all up.

He used Spatial detection again

And tracked her in a underground of the city

"Not too far, but she's not in the surface"

He got an idea what things might be in there, so he quickly ran there worrying what might happen to her

"s**t, she is really got caught by those thief, i'm about to let you all free but you made me intervene in your buisness"

He dig quickly to the ground using earth magic

"Earth manipulation, hang in there Serenia"

When he got there, he knocked every single thief

"Where is Serenia, i'm gonna kill you all, if you don't release her"

While The man in black suit and Serenia having a talk she heard a loud noise of rocks falling, she felt Louie is here so she quickly go to him

While he was kicking the butt of the small fry Louie saw the man in the black suit

He was about to attack, but Serenia appear and shielded The man.

Louie was cancel his attack

"Louie stop! I am safe i am fine, this man saved me, why are you attacking from oit of nowhere? Didn't i say i am gonna help them and get the amulet back"

Serenia bring out the amulet and hand it to Louie

Serenia tried to persuade Louie but Louie argued back

"Serenia let's go back, it's not right to meddle in other's buisness"

"No, they need our help, you don't know what's really happening in this city"

"Just calmed down and hear them out please"

"no! we need to go back, they are thief they screw the life of people too, so they should know the consequence they can brought to themselves, i just came here to save you not hear them out"

"If that's your decision, then leave me here, my choice is to help these people, i chose to destroy the system that made this people suffer, go now, i thought you are real hero."

Louie felt sad and guilty, he climb back to the surface and think things through

Meanwhile, the leader of the one that tried to r**e Serenia, went back to his hideouts
