Chapter 1 - The Loser

"My lord the summoning was succesful"

"Good job, my subjects.."

A mysterious man, wrinkled, wearing a gold, covering his body with it, laughing with evil smile.

The sun has risen, the sunlight reach a room of a teenage boy, a dusty and confined space

"Who opened the lights, ugh! It's morning again, need to go to that place, again."

Louie Meshiah, a 16 years old,Grade 10 enrolled in Edelena University, living on 16th district of Metro Manila, He is a skinny one and small, popular among nerdsq and gamers, besides from being smart, he is good at playing video games, like duel, rpg, and strategic games. He also have a hobby to read novels, and sometimes watch action movies.

He prefers to be alone and quiet, He hates everyone, his bullies, including the ones who admires him, and of course he hates himself, too.

He oftenly gets bully, mentally. Body shamed to be exact.

"May i borrow four dollars?"

A big boy from his class.

"Make my homework, please!!! keke."

A lass from his class.

People being pretentious around Luouie to use him for their favors.

"Hey kid, do me a favor."

A popular boy, who dates pretty girls, and always to do hus homework.

Despite being piled up with favors Louie never refuse once..

Louie have no choice but to obey them hoping they'll be considerate and stop bullying him. He's working too hard just to be accepted and be like, but in the end, it was all for nothing and bunch of fakes. Everyone only leeches on him because they know his weakness.

But not everyday is like that, Louie has bully, but there are people who cares for him.

Same as always his bullies always ask favors to him

"Hey, Louie! My boy, thanks for the copy of homework the other day, i need to tell you something."

"I am in charge in cleaning the whole classroom but I need to get home early, my mother is sick, will you please stay here and clean the whole room in my place, please!?"

"Yeah, sure."

"You're the best Hehehehe, thank, you."

His classmates left with his girls.

Louie didn't show his reaction but deepdown he is furious

he started cleaning the whole room, suddenly a girl, one of his classmate, helped him, she's abit awkward and looks like nerd, she doesn't talk much and just helped Louie silently.

"What's with this girl? Hey, what are you doing?!"

"Uggghhm, ughm, i j-j-just want to h-help."

"you can go home now, i don't need help, is it about the other day? well don't sweat it, i don't need any payback."

"B-b-but i just want t-to help."

"no, go now, PLEASE."

One day, the Sports fest was held. Louie has particpated in video game tournament it was a fighting game genre and called Hekken, he struggled to win countless battle, in the end, he manage to win. As tournament goes, there's this one tough opponent gave him a hard time, he was put in near death situation.

 But then he saw this one fan of him rooting for him. It is one of her classmate and the girl she always caught staring at him. 

This gave him motivation to fight back.

"What's the deal with this nerd girl, why is she always around me?"

 Louie asked himself with a flattery face and a bit of awkwardness

In the end of the sport festival, Louie seized his victory and become the champion in the video game tournament this year.

Everyone Congratulate him even the ones who bullied him, he was surprised at first and felt odd about it, but he cast aside his thoughts and doubt immidiately, he only to look forward on being accepted.

 after the awarding, everyone in his class approached him.

"My time has come for me to be accepted and not be labeled as not inferior. Yahoo!!"

Louie celebrated in his thoughts.

As they approach him, this nerd girl, came across him before them and tried to talk to him.

He felt consider talking to her, since he is in good mood

He tried to approach her but on his second thought it will ruin his acceptance of his bullies, so instead he ignored her.

He felt guilty but he just don't want to be accepted desperately.

After his talk with his classmate, he tried to find the find this girl but she was no where to be found.

He felt he let the girl down.

Weeks passed, school resumed after semester break, it's Louie's first day of not being bullied. He took, a shower, had a breakfast with his family

"A huge toll report of missing kids happened this past weeks, specially in Quezon city Area...."

"Louie go home early as usual, ok?"

"O-k" Louie replies to his Mom while having a chat with his friends

He and his friend have a plans for after school.

Since Louie has won huge amount of money, he will treat his new friends.

Louie Spend handsomely for his friends day by day

"Hehe, i'm just not planning to be accepted, i want this fools to worship me and be my underling, with this money i'll show them who is the boss, hehe."

Louie change a lot, he doesn't go home early, he doesn't play much video games anymore, he cut ties with his virtual friends, and much worse he is one of the bullies now

One day, Louie realized that he is losing much money so he asked his friend and they had an idea to lend his remaining money to his friend, he'll use it to gamble.

In the End they losed, they fought among themselves, and truth came.

"What the f**k was that, Caid? You promised you'll triple it, now there's nothing left."

"Hey, why are you shouting?! Huh? You don't have the right to talk now, you small prick."

"We're just hanging out with you until your money runs out"

"f**k you!!"

He got enraged and attack his former friend, and of course he got beaten.

"See you tomorrow, smurf!"

Smurf, a word use to humiliate him, word that he hates the most.

He knows he's done for, tomorrow he will go back to his old life.

On the following day, he chose to go to school despite knowing what will happen to him, he calls it.

As expected he got bullied and humiliated, but something changed as that person started studying to that school all attention from me go to her.

Most people gathered to one place and welcomed a beautiful girl, a tall sexy charming girl.

"But something strange? This girl.. this girl, i think i saw her somewhere before, or she looks like someone...."

one of the bullies replied to Louie "You saw that girl before, you say? Dream big, not even an average girl will talk to you, keke"

As Louie go to the classroom, he got shocked more than before, because the new student is in his class. That time he started remebering that face.

"That faces, that faces resemble that nerdy girl, but it's unbelievable she got taller than before"

"Nevermind, why should i waste guessing, this girl won't even notice me"

"I guess, i'll just check that new game they release in Vr, i'll go to that gaming hub afterwards"

As class ended Louie hurriedly go to the gaming place, as he opened the door, that girl happen to meet him there. He was shocked that, the girl that beautiful is not a place for her.

"f**k! She's looking at me"

Louie is nervous in the inside. Shooking his head down

"Hey Louie, do you know how to play this?"

"What? What!?"

"You know me !?"

"Of course, you're the champion last Sport fest, right?"

Louie nod flatterdly.

"Btw, the name's Diane"

Days passed we got to know each other even more and get closer together, we hang out in gaming hub every other day playing with Diane, he looks newbie at first but she's surprisingly strong and easy to adapt, damn she's perfect.

"Oh my, Thank God, i had this friend who can play games while being a beatiful, cute, gentle, and sexy."

"Man i wish this would last forever."

One night we got in the mood playing for hours didn't saw the clock

"Oh my, i didn't realize it's 9:46 pm, we should get back home."

"Ok, i'm really sorry for talking so much"

Diane replied.

We walked in these ghosted streets, Louie felt scared but he is suppressing it for Diane. They talked and talk. At that moment Louie felt stronger as Diane start holding his hands.

Louie's worries finally vanished.

"I totally forgot, i've been meaning to ask this, are you ....." Louie asked Diane

Then suddenly a creepy laugh startle Louie and Diane, There's a bunch of hooligans, all of a sudden, they seem to be attracted to Diane,

"s**t, this perverted jerks, I don't want them to touch her!"

"Diane run, i'll buy you sometime, i know i may not live but thank you for the moments you spent with me, I LIKE YOU!!"

"No! You don't understand, i can defend myself! Get out of the way!"

Louie got stabbed in the back

"i had the worst life, but thank you, you made it a lot better, i'm sorry mother, father, my nerd fans....., and i'm really sorry Diane, you might experience the worst life i had too, if only i was stronger, if only i wasn't a wimpy one, i could protect you.

Louie whispers as he sees Diane get sorrounded by those hooligans and finally his conciousness fades.

"Wait? Louie.. i will sa-" Diane's last brief to Louie

Louie wokes up in a earthlike world

"Is this the heaven?"

As he stands up he saws monsters, sorrounds the area.

"What the f**k? Did i got isekai? I thought you need to be hit by truck-kun?"

"What the f**k happened to me, and where's Diane?"
